The Russian Bind Off is a purlwise bind off that creates extra loops by working stitches once, and then working them again with a decrease to bind off stitches. It is a bind off that has a little stretch and is good for shawls and other edges that need some leniency.
Procedure
P2, Slip both stitches back to left needle, P2Tog, (P1, Slip 2 stitches back to left needle, P2Tog) repeat steps in parentheses to end of row.
